Abstract

The use of technological resources in an educational environment requires the application of standardized methods to guarantee the functionality of the computer equipment for the benefit of pedagogical management to improve student learning. The objective was to design a computer equipment management model in pedagogical innovation classrooms in the teaching-learning process. The study was of a proactive type, it included the Educational Institutions of the province of Lambayeque, which have classrooms of pedagogical innovation and those schools that are in areas of difficult access and without internet service were excluded. The sample size was 37 pedagogical innovation classroom teachers calculated by means of a convenience sample. We worked with the survey technique and a virtual questionnaire was used as an instrument. As a result, a computer equipment management model was proposed to improve the teaching-learning process of technology users by optimizing the technological resources available to regular basic education institutions. The proposed model meets quality standards to meet the specialized technological requirements that Educational Institutions need and contributes to the optimization of the use of technological resources.
