Abstract
This work pretends to solve the inadequate management of devices and their integration in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment which limits the performance of the network in a hospital. The objective of the work is to develop an integration plan, based on an intelligent management model of devices in an IoT environment. The model was validated through the digital transformation maturity model and is applied to the cardiology department at the hospital as a part of the integration plan in the healthcare sector.
