Resumen

From the Higher Education, transformations have been gestated worldwide due to a new context of pandemic, and the measures imparted of “social distancing”, which have demanded processes of adaptability and digitization to take on the challenges and challenges of the universities in the face of these new requirements. The objective of this research is to analyze the perspective of university education in virtual environments in Peru. The methodology is descriptive and documentary. The findings show that: 1) Education, 2) University education, 3) University education in Peru, 4) Virtual environments and their derivatives and 5) Legal margin of the articles that promote education in Peru. It is concluded that university education from virtual environments technologically transforms the educational relationship in a defined way, in such a way that it grants an external action for learning and from that same structure and technological attributes, it promotes in the student an internal modification of its thinking and learning strategies.
